Complete friction plate kit with instructions to replace the friction plates in your clutch. Kit includes two high quality friction plates, slot screws, removal studding and instructions. The new plates are slightly thicker so we also include a new slightly longer clutch push rod. Fits all Urals from the 1980s right up to the end of 2012.
If your bike is made from Jan 2013 we can still supply a kit but we need to substitute the screws and remove the pushrod. Please ask for prices at the time of ordering.

Over the years both Ural and Dnepr motorcycles have used several different clutch springs. The set we supply is a generic set designed to fit and work with all Ural Motorcycles from M62 right through to the 750cc OHV bikes currently available. Sold in sets of six.

There are two types and we have both in stock in high grade steel.
Type 1 has a small slotted counter sunk head and a fine pitch thread. These fit all Urals and Dneprs right from the original sidevalve 750 of 1941 right through to about 2012.
Type 2 has a much wider hex drive counter sunk head and coarser threads. These were fazed in during 2012 and all bikes after Jan 2013 should have them.
They are not interchangeable so if you are not sure please check before ordering.

F20415 - Flywheel pins
Price per 6 - £54.00
Flywheel pins for Urals from the 1980s up to about 1999. All kickstart models and the very first few electric start models had these pins pressed into the flywheel. If they wear badly and end up with a narrowed section your new clutch will not release smoothly. Total length is 44mm with internal thread of M8 x 1.00 pitch. These are genuine Ural factory items and therefore hardened. Don't even waste your time with the non hardened pattern parts.
